OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently deliver to all 50 U.S. States. We do not deliver to U.S. Territories including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO addresses and international locations.
  • Note that Certain plants cannot be shipped to California, and some other states due to restrictions placed by the states.
  • Shipments may be delayed by 2-5 extra days due to the limitations caused by COVID-19.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How much is shipping and handling?

A: Shipping charges will be calculated on all your orders before you checkout. Note that certain larger trees will cost more for shipping and handling.

Q: How do I track my shipments after I make a purchase?

A: Your tracking number from USPS or FEDEX will be emailed to you. This will let you easily track all your packages, from purchase to delivery.

Q: When will my plants be shipped?

A: You should receive your plants within 2-5 days. Orders will usually be shipped by the following Mon/Tue, after we receive the order. The reason we ship the plants on Mon/Tue, is to enable your plants to reach you within the same week. Plants are perishable items so cannot be left in the warehouses over the weekend.

(Note: The shipping dates can also be subject to changes, due to external circumstances-like weather)

IMPORTANT:

THE PLANTS WILL BE LEFT AT YOUR DOORSTEP BY FEDEX OR USPS. IF LEFT OUTSIDE, FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, DURING THE HOT SUMMERS OR COLD WINTERS, THE PLANT COULD BE PERMANENTLY DAMAGED. IN ORDER TO PREVENT THIS, PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR PLANT AND IMMEDIATELY PLACE IT IN A SAFE LOCATION WITH MODERATE TEMPERATURE.
