At Advanced Nursery Growers, we carefully select, grow, and inspect our plants to make sure they are healthy and in good condition at the time of purchase.
Our Plant Policy
We work hard to keep our prices fair and affordable. Offering a plant guarantee or automatically replacing plants after purchase would require us to include the cost of possible replacements in the price of every plant. Rather than raise prices for all of our customers, we have chosen to keep our prices reasonable and consider plant sales final.
Once a plant leaves our nursery, many things can affect its health, including transportation, planting methods, watering, soil conditions, weather, and ongoing care. Because these conditions are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or guarantees after purchase.

We are happy to review photos, answer questions, and offer planting or care recommendations whenever possible. Contacting us promptly gives us the best opportunity to understand the situation and assist you.
