Return Policy


At Advanced Nursery Growers, we make replacements as easy as possible. We offer free replacements, shipping and refunds on our returns that follow the instruction below..

Please let us know what is wrong with the plant, within 2 days of receipt of the shipment. We will also need you to send  pictures as well as the details. Upon review, we will ship you a replacement within 15 to 30 days or issue you a refund.

Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Free shipping will be decided on after we review all the details.

  1. No returns are accepted after 7 days from the day of receipt of the product.
  2. Products must be dead, dried up or damaged upon receiving the plant to be eligible for return. Picture with date needed.
  3. All Refunds and discounts will processed within 8 to 10 business days from the date of return shipping.
  4. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer.
