RETURN POLICY

At Advanced Nursery Growers, we make returns and replacements as easy as possible. We offer free replacements, shipping and refunds on our returns that follow the instruction below..

Please let us know what is wrong with the plant, within 2 days of receipt of the shipment. We will also need you to send some pictures as well as the details. Upon review, we will ship you a replacement within 15 to 30 days or issue you a refund- as per your request.

Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Free shipping will be decided on after we review all the details.

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it and we will promptly refund your money to the original credit card. But please keep in mind the following:

  1. No returns are accepted after 15 days from the day of receipt of the product.
  2. Products must not be dead, dried up or damaged. In cases of customer remorse, the customer will be liable for 20% restocking fees
  3. All Refunds and discounts will processed within 8 to 10 business days from the date of return shipping.
  4. We do not charge restocking fees for items that fit within our return policy guidelines. In order to avoid restocking fees, ensure your item is in good condition and within the 15 day return period. Your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  5. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer.
