When placing an order, pay half up front; the remaining balance is due upon pickup or before shipping 

(The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance for the tree must be paid within two weeks of notice of tree arrival. Trees will be held for 30 days after notification; after this period, the order and payment will be forfeited.)

After receiving your order, an invoice will be prepared and sent via PayPal. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, check, and PayPal.

Orders may also be placed online through the website with payment in full at the time of ordering.

Our nursery offers a selection of fruit trees throughout the year. Should we not have the specific variety you require, we encourage you to contact us, and we will gladly assist in locating the desired trees. Please be advised that the discounted pricing is exclusive to this pre-ordered sale and does not apply to the potted plants available in our nursery. While a broader selection of potted plants is available at our nursery, the pricing will be higher.

The following Bare Root Trees are available. Please note that all orders depend on supplier availability at the time of digging and may be modified in response to unexpected circumstances.

APPLE

Anna Apple – Green apple with red blush; requires low chill (approximately 250 hours). Harvest typically occurs in June or July. Recommended pollinators: Golden Dorsett or Tropic Sweet. Grows in USDA Zones 6–9.

Dorsett Apple – Golden skin with red blush; needs approximately 200 chill hours. Harvest is in June or July. Compatible pollinators: Anna and Tropic Sweet. Suitable for Zones 5–9.

Red Delicious Apple – Harvested in August. Pollinator varieties: Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Red Delicious. Suitable for Zones 5–8.

Gala Apple – Ripens in late June. Suggested pollinators: Fuji and Golden Delicious; also compatible with Arkansas Black, Fuji, Granny Smith, Winesap, Red Delicious, Pink Lady, and Honeycrisp. Appropriate for Zones 5–9.

Golden Delicious Apple – Matures from September to October. Self-pollinating but may yield more when paired with Gala, Arkansas Black, Fuji, Granny Smith, Winesap, Red Delicious, Pink Lady, or Honeycrisp. Suitable for Zones 5–9.

Granny Smith – Fruits from mid to late October. Effective pollinators: Jonathan, Gala, Arkansas Black, Fuji, Granny Smith, Winesap, Red Delicious, Pink Lady, and Honeycrisp. Grows in Zones 5–9.

Arkansas Black Apple – Harvests span October to November. Recommended pollinators: Jonathan and Golden Delicious. Suitable for Zones 4–8.

Fuji Apple – Generally harvested in mid-October. Pollinators: Granny Smith and Golden Delicious. Grows in Zones 6–9.

Honeycrisp Apple – Fruits from September to October. Pollinators: Golden Delicious and Red Delicious. Adapts to Zones 4–9.

Jonagold Apple – Ripens October to November. Self-pollinating; productivity can increase with Arkansas Black as a pollinator. Suitable for Zones 4–8.

Pink Lady Apple – Harvest between October and November. Recommended pollinators: Granny Smith and Golden Delicious. Performs well in Zones 4–9.

Winesap Apple – Ready for harvest in mid-October. Compatible pollinators: Golden Delicious and Jonathan. Intended for Zones 5–8.

Red Rome – Suited for Zones 4–8. This self-pollinating variety produces burgundy red fruit in late September.

APRICOT

Tilton – Self-pollinating; higher yields possible with another apricot or plum. Requires 600–700 chill hours, grows in zones 5–8, full sun. Produces golden-yellow fruit with red blush from June to early July.

Moorpark – Self-pollinating; greater yield possible with an apricot or plum nearby. Requires 600–700 chill hours, zones 5–8, full sun. Produces deep yellow fruit with a red blush.

CRABAPPLES

Callaway Crabapple – Zones 4–8; full sun; white blooms; produces fruit in August.

FIGS

LSU Fig – July to first frost; self-pollinating; Zones 7–10.

Texas Everbearing

Brown Turkey – May–August; self-pollinating; Zones 7–10.

Black Mission Fig – Summer; purple-black fruit; self-pollinating; Zones 7–10.

GRAPES

Thompson Seedless Green Grape – Hardy in Zones 4–8. Self-pollinating.

Concord Seedless Black Grape – Grows in Zones 5–9. Self-pollinating. Fruit production typically within 2 to 4 years.

Flame Seedless Grape – Suitable for Zones 7–10. Self-pollinating. Usually produces fruit in 2 to 4 years.

Catawba Seedless Red Grape (vitis labrusca) – Self-pollinating. Typically produces fruit in 2 to 3 years. Zones 5–8.

MUSCADINES

Scuppernong Bronze – Female; requires pollination by Jumbo, Noble, Southern Jewel, Summit, or any self-pollinating muscadine variety.

Cowart – Male; black and self-fertile.

Carlos – Male; bronze and self-fertile.

NECTARINE

Sun Red – Self-pollinating; planting near Sun Gold can improve pollination. Full sun. Fruits July–August. Zones 5–9. Needs 500 chill hours.

Sun Gold – This variety is self-pollinating and placing it near Sun Red may enhance pollination. Full sun. Fruits July–August. At least 500 chill hours are needed for fruiting. Zones 5–9

PEACH

Florida King – Needs 500 chill hours, semi-clingstone, yellow flesh, May harvest. Self-pollinating. Zones 7–9.

Florida Glo – Needs 250–350 chill hours; produces fruit late May to early June. Self-pollinating. The recommendation is to plant two trees. Zones 9–10

Red Haven Peach – Fruits in late June. Self-pollinating. Requires 800 chill hours. Zones 5–8.

Hale Haven – Requires 800–900 chill hours. Orange/yellow freestone fruit. Self-pollinating. Planting two is advised for larger fruit.  Zones 5–8.

Indian Blood Peach – Produces fruit March to April. Self-pollinating. Zones 6–8.

Elberta Peach – Harvest is July to August. Self-pollinating. Zones 5–9.

Belle of Georgia – Fruits late August. Self-pollinating. It needs 800 chill hours to bear fruit. Zones 5–8

June Gold – Produces fruit in June. Self-pollinating. Requires 450 chill hours. Zones 5–9.

PEARS

Keiffer Pear – Fruits ripen September to October. Hybrid of European and Chinese sand pears, producing large, yellow, hard fruit with firm texture. Zones 4–9.

Pineapple Pear – Fruits mature in August. Self-pollinating; produces large, russet-colored fruit with firm flesh and pineapple-like flavor. Zones 4–9.

Ayers Pear – Harvested late August through September. Self-pollinating: improved performance if planted near Bartlett. Yields sweet, yellow pears with a red blush. Zones 5–8.

Bartlett Pear – Fruits August to September; provides soft, yellow-skinned fruit. Requires a pollinator such as Moonglow. Zones 5–8.

Moonglow Pear – Ripens July to August, uses Bartlett or Orient as pollinators. Bears large pears with brownish-green skin and soft, juicy flesh. Zones 5–8.

Shinko Asian Pear – Fruits in October. Best pollinated by Bartlett or Moonglow. Produces brownish-green fruit with sweet flavor. Zones 5–9.

D’Anjou Pear – Sweet, brisk flavor. Ripens in September, needs 500–600 chill hours, requires Bartlett for pollination. Zones 5–9.

Orient Pear – High disease resistance; produces extra-large, round, yellow, hard pears that ripen late summer. Pollinators include Bartlett, LaConte, Keiffer, and Moonglow. Zones 5–9.

PLUM

Santa Rosa Plum – Produces fruit in late July; self-pollinating; fruit has a sweet taste. Zone 5–9.

Methley Plum – Produces fruit May to July; self-pollinating; red/purple fruit. Zone 5–9.

Blue Damson Plum – This variety bears fruit from August to September and is self-pollinating. Zone 5–9.

Burbank Plum – Produces fruit mid-July to August; partially self-pollinating, cross-pollinates better with Santa Rosa Plum. Zone 5–9.

Stanley Plum – Bears fruit in early September, self-pollinating. Zones 5–7

Ozark Plum – Produces fruit late June; requires a pollinator such as Santa Rosa or Methley. Large fruit with yellow, juicy, and tart flesh. Zone 5–9.

Byron Gold Plum – Produces yellow plums with spring blooms; around 450 chill hours needed. Needs a pollinator, such as Methley or Au Rosa. Zone 5–9.

Bruce Plum – Chickasaw/Japanese hybrid requiring 400–500 chill hours. Requires two Bruce trees for pollination. Zone 5–9.

TREES

FLOWERING CHERRY

Kwanza – Zones 5–9, full/partial sun, pink spring flowers.

Yoshino – Zones 5–8, sun to shade, white blooms.

RED MAPLES

October Glory – Zones 4–9, partial shade to full sun, orange and red fall color.

Autumn Blaze – Zones 3–8, full/partial sun, red fall color.

Red Sunset – Zones 4–8, full/partial sun, red fall color.

WILLOW

Weeping willow: Zones 6–8, sun/part shade, deer resistant.

Weeping peach: Zones 5–9, full sun, pink flowers.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLANTING BARE ROOT: Prepare the roots by removing them from their packaging and rehydrating them. Soak the roots in a container for a minimum of one hour, or up to 24 hours. Utilize a sharp tool to trim any damaged or broken roots.
