JAPANESE SNOWBALL TREE Viburnum plicatum 
Deciduous, 12-15’, large white flower clusters in spring, then small red berries for birds
Zones 5-8

• Height: 6–10 ft (1.8–3 m)

• Spread: 6–12 ft (often wider than tall)

• Bloom time: Mid to late spring

• Flower color: White (aging to pink)

• Foliage: Deep green, pleated leaves

• Fall color: Burgundy to red-purple

• Sun: Full sun to partial shade

• Soil: Moist, well-drained, slightly acidic preferred
