uscarora Crape Myrtle
(Lagerstroemia indica × fauriei ‘Tuscarora’)
The Tuscarora crape myrtle is a graceful, small ornamental tree prized for its long-lasting summer flowers and attractive bark. It produces large clusters of vibrant coral-pink blooms from early summer through late summer, followed by glossy green foliage that often turns orange-red in fall. As the tree matures, it develops smooth, exfoliating bark in shades of cinnamon and gray, adding winter interest.
