Barbados Cherry Malpighia glabra

Barbados Cherry, Acerola, Manzanita' malpighia glabra' These  make great patio plants.  and they are is loaded with vitamin C . The Barbados Cherry will provide  lots of cherries each growing . It should start producing  in just one or two years.  I remember snacking on these on our walk home from school as a kid. I couldn't wait for them to get ripe. There were loads of hedges full of berries in our area. Barbados CHerry's are self-fertile. You will get fruit with only one plant. However, adding an additional Barbados 'Acerola' Cherry will drastically increase the size of your crop.

 We only ship to the continental USA no shipping to California, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Our plants ship bare root or with minimal soil in a bag. No shipment of  5 gallon pots or larger they must be picked up at the nursery ( or call for special shipping arrangements to see if we can ship to you ).
