Buy Autumn Gold Ginkgo Trees for sale at Advanced Nursery Growers in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Autumn Gold Ginkgo, botanically known as Ginkgo biloba ‘Autumn Gold’, is a distinctive shade tree chosen for its fan-shaped leaves and brilliant golden fall color.
This male cultivar does not produce the messy, strong-smelling fruit associated with female ginkgo trees. Its leaves turn a bright golden yellow in fall and often drop around the same time, creating a striking seasonal display. Ginkgo is a slow-growing, long-lived tree that develops a strong upright form as it matures.
Plant Ginkgo biloba ‘Autumn Gold’ in full sun and give it plenty of room to grow. It works well as a specimen or shade tree in a spacious landscape. This is an ornamental tree native to China, not a Florida native.
