An Aromi deciduous azalea hybrid developed in Mobile, Alabama, High Tide is a lovely choice for Gulf Coast gardens. Its upright, branching habit adds height and seasonal interest to mixed shrub borders, informal gardens, and planting areas beneath tall trees.

Plant High Tide near a garden path or patio where its flowers can be enjoyed up close. Give it morning sunlight or lightly filtered shade, acidic soil, and good drainage for a beautiful addition to your North Florida landscape.

North Florida Growing Note

High Tide belongs to the Aromi group of azaleas developed for Southern growing conditions. Choose a location with protection from intense afternoon sun and enough room for its mature height and spread.

Mulch around the root zone to conserve moisture and moderate soil temperature, keeping mulch away from the stems. Avoid planting too deeply or in areas where water collects.

Seasonal leaf loss is normal for this deciduous shrub. Prune lightly immediately after flowering if shaping is needed. Late-season pruning can remove buds for the following spring.
