Blue Plumbago can suffer foliage and stem damage during freezes. Established plants may regrow from the base, but survival depends on winter severity and planting location. Choose a warm, sheltered spot and protect young plants during freezes. Containers can be moved into shelter during cold weather.
Wait until spring to remove cold-damaged growth. Avoid frequent shearing during the flowering season, which removes developing flowers.
Local pickup is available at our nursery. Limited shipping may be available for select small plants in containers of 3 gallons or less with prior approval. Please contact us before ordering if shipping is needed.
