The Yuzu Lemon is a unique cold-hardy citrus prized for its incredibly fragrant fruit and flavorful juice. Popular in Japanese and Korean cooking, Yuzu has a tart lemon-lime-grapefruit flavor unlike any other citrus. The fruit is excellent for sauces, marinades, drinks, desserts, and gourmet recipes.
