Calloway crabapple is recommended by the University of Florida as one of the few varieties that will perform well in the humid Southeast. Has beautiful white flowers in the spring.  The crabapple is a small, deciduous tree. It likes at least 6 hours of sun to fruit properly.

Fruit ripens from late summer to fall,

Tall 20-25 ft. Width 12 to 15 ft

The root system of a  crabapple tree is not considered  aggressive or invasive. Crabapple roots are not known to break or grow through home or building foundations unless the foundation is already cracked or leaking.
