Beach Sunflowers are perennial daisy-like flowers that grow on the beach dunes , rock ledges and such. They are wide spreading and grow to about 2 to 3 ft covering up to a 5 ft spread. The Beach Sunflower is drought resistant and loves the sun. It has pretty little yellow flowers. Its pretty bright yellow flowers attract butterflies, bees and other pollinators. The Beach Sunflower is Salt tolerant.and thrives in sandy soil. Best when planted about 18 to 24 inches apart.
